Brady Baker knows all too well how exhausting and mentally taxing burnout can be. He had been working as a PR account manager for 6 years when it set in. He felt demotivated and unengaged at work. Getting through each day took an immense amount of effort to stay focused and perform, which left him feeling exhausted and unable to enjoy other aspects of his life. With encouragement and help from a good friend, Brady made a career change and started seeing a therapist to help with his mental health struggles. Today, he is doing much better and wants to find ways to help others recover from burnout.
